Barnacre Church exhibition started in 1972. Originally running over ten consecutive days. This proved too difficult to sustain, so now runs over the second weekend in July. Many local people give their time freely & work very hard organising displays in church, interesting displays outdoors (including vintage cars, tractors, bikes & animals) lunches, country teas, stalls (local produce, bric-a-brac, plants, cakes, jams, raffle & tombola) Any money raised over the weekend goes into church funds, to help with the financial day to day running of the church.
